The end-customer service offered is the most important for any wireless network. For Public and Private Networks (including ONGO or shared networks) we offer easy-to-use solutions that can monitor and report the offered wireless services on any technology (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Sigfox, LoRa etc...)

For IoT we can monitor the received coverage and quality per device regardless of the number of devices. Our solution is also used to capture alarms generated by the devices. Hence our solution can provide the following:

Meter report availability/performance:

• For each meter or groups of meters a report will be created
• Reports are Ad-hoc or configurable on any timing interval
• Real-time dashboards are available
• KPI's including aggregations (e.g. hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
